Effective Date: October 13, 2026 · Version 1.1
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of websites, content, and online services operated by AlloBiome LLC ("AlloBiome," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational information
AlloBiome explains scientific research and provides ongoing educational support relating to the microbiome, digestive health, and relevant laboratory testing. The service accompanies people through their questions and experience and may be used alongside licensed healthcare. Website information and AlloBiome support do not provide personal clinical or treatment recommendations, medical diagnosis, prescribing, treatment, or a treating healthcare-provider relationship.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.
2. The AlloBiome program
The AlloBiome program is an eight-week personalized bloating support program offered to adults who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States. It includes an introductory session, seven weekly follow-ups, and between-session messaging as described in the offer and Program Agreement. Testing is not required. The separate AlloBiome Program Agreement and Acknowledgment, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy apply. The accepted service-specific terms control any conflict concerning your program. Website use alone does not enroll you or authorize health-data processing.
3. Third-Party Information and Links
AlloBiome may discuss or link to third-party laboratories, tests, scientific publications, products, services, or websites. Unless expressly disclosed, this does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, or guarantee. AlloBiome does not control independent third parties and is not responsible for their accuracy, methods, products, services, privacy practices, or content.
4. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
Unless otherwise indicated, AlloBiome content is owned by or licensed to AlloBiome and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use publicly available content for personal, noncommercial purposes, but may not commercially exploit substantial portions of it without permission except as permitted by law.
You may not use the website unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or operation; upload malicious code; impersonate another person; submit information you are not authorized to provide; or systematically scrape or extract content in violation of applicable law or these Terms.
5. Purchases and Privacy
The price, currency, any applicable taxes, and payment schedule are disclosed before purchase. The amount and schedule accepted at enrollment govern that enrollment. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the AlloBiome Refund and Cancellation Policy provided with the Program Agreement. Our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describe how we handle personal information.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general educational content are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. AlloBiome does not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free, that all information will be complete or current, or that general educational content will apply to a particular individual.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AlloBiome LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or general educational content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
7. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws applicable to you provide otherwise. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the current version will be posted with its effective date.
