Terms & Conditions

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the AlloBiome website (allobiome.com), educational programs, assessment quiz, symptom diary, and all related content and services (collectively, the “Services”). AlloBiome is a brand developed and operated by the New England Institute of Microbiome Science (“NEIMS”).

By accessing or using any AlloBiome Services, individuals agree to be bound by these Terms. If an individual does not agree with any part of these Terms, access to and use of AlloBiome Services must be discontinued immediately.

AlloBiome reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of AlloBiome Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Nature of Services

AlloBiome provides structured educational content related to gut health and microbiome science. AlloBiome programs are curated bodies of scientific knowledge compiled from thousands of peer-reviewed research papers, synthesized with the assistance of AI technology, and reviewed by the NEIMS research team.

Program content covers topics including symptom patterns, fermentation dynamics, motility research, gut ecosystem science, evidence-based information about specific supplements (including what published research says about doses and timing), relapse prevention strategies, and dietary research. This information is organized around microbiome patterns that individuals identify with through the AlloBiome assessment quiz and is delivered in a structured, week-by-week format aligned with three educational phases: Remove, Rebuild, and Maintain.

AlloBiome programs consist exclusively of weekly educational emails, supporting digital documents, and access to a daily symptom awareness diary. No physical products, supplements, vitamins, herbs, or materials of any kind are included in the purchase. References to specific supplements, dosages, or protocols within the educational content reflect findings from peer-reviewed scientific literature and are provided for informational purposes only. AlloBiome does not manufacture, distribute, sell, or endorse any supplement products.

AlloBiome Services are educational resources. They are not medical services, clinical programs, or treatment protocols.

2. Educational Content Disclaimer

All content provided through AlloBiome, including program materials, quiz results, newsletter content, website articles, supplement information, and symptom diary tools, is for educational and informational purposes only.

AlloBiome does not:

  • Diagnose any disease, condition, or medical disorder
  • Prescribe, recommend, or direct any specific course of treatment
  • Provide medical advice, clinical guidance, or therapeutic recommendations
  • Guarantee any specific health outcomes or results
  • Replace the care, judgment, or expertise of a licensed healthcare provider

Content describing supplement dosing, timing, or mechanisms of action reflects what has been reported in published peer-reviewed research. This information is presented as educational material and should not be interpreted as a recommendation or prescription. Individuals should consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to diet, supplement routines, or health-related practices.

AlloBiome programs have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), or any similar regulatory body.

3. Assessment Quiz

The AlloBiome assessment quiz is an educational tool designed to help individuals identify which body of research-based content may be most relevant to their experience. Quiz results reflect pattern categorization based on published microbiome research. They do not constitute a diagnosis, screening result, or clinical assessment.

Quiz responses are processed through a scoring system that aligns individuals with one of the educational content tracks offered by AlloBiome. The quiz does not evaluate medical conditions, and results should not be used as a substitute for professional medical evaluation.

4. Symptom Diary

The AlloBiome symptom diary is an optional awareness-building tool provided alongside educational program content. It is designed to help individuals develop a clearer understanding of their own patterns over time.

The symptom diary is not a clinical tracking tool, diagnostic instrument, or treatment monitoring system. Entries are for personal awareness only. AlloBiome does not review, analyze, or act upon individual diary entries. Any concerns about symptoms or health patterns should be discussed with a licensed healthcare provider.
