AlloBiome Program Agreement and Acknowledgment
Effective Date: October 13, 2026 ยท Version 1.1
This AlloBiome Program Agreement and Acknowledgment ("Agreement") governs the eight-week scientific education and support program provided and billed by AlloBiome LLC ("AlloBiome," "we," "us," or "our"). Authorized N.E. Microbiome Institute scientific personnel may support the program when acting on AlloBiome's behalf. The AlloBiome program explains research and supports customers through their experience, including alongside their licensed healthcare provider when relevant.
Please read this Agreement, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the privacy policies presented with it before enrollment and health-data intake. Agreement acceptance and affirmative health-data consent are separate requirements. Neither website use nor payment alone authorizes health-data collection or substantive scientific work.
1. Eligibility and required acceptance
The AlloBiome program is currently available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States. Provide accurate eligibility and contact information, and submit only materials that are your own or that you are legally authorized to provide. Accept the Program Agreement and separately give required health-data consent before intake, report upload, or substantive support begins. If payment occurred before either required acceptance is declined, the program will not proceed and the paid program fee will be refunded. AlloBiome may decline enrollment when your needs fall outside the educational service scope.
2. Your eight-week program
The AlloBiome program includes one private 60-minute introductory session in Week 1 and seven private weekly 30-minute follow-ups in Weeks 2 through 8; direct messaging between sessions, with replies within two business days; one consistent team contact backed by additional scientific expertise when useful; explanation of relevant existing digestive or microbiome reports if you choose to provide them; and educational explanations or materials prepared around your questions when useful. Testing is not required.
The eight-week period begins on the agreed date for the introductory session, confirmed with the exact start and end dates and time zone in the welcome information. Payment and administrative setup alone do not start support. Welcome information also records booking instructions and the private messaging channel. The price is the amount accepted at enrollment; the current public offer is $1,499 USD. Any taxes or separately agreed payment schedule are disclosed before purchase. This Agreement covers eight weeks; further support requires a separate agreement. For refunds, the cutoff is actual completion of the first 60-minute introductory session, not payment, preparation, the scheduled date, or a no-show. Any program date change is recorded in writing.
3. Scientific and educational scope
Your expert listens to your questions, shows and explains relevant peer-reviewed research, discusses scientific mechanisms and the limits of evidence, and provides continuing educational support. Optional existing reports may be discussed in terms of methods, reference ranges, and what the evidence can establish. Resources are selected around your questions, without individualized clinical, dietary, supplement, or treatment recommendations. Support can accompany care from your licensed healthcare provider and help organize questions for that provider. Coordination involving identifiable information requires your permission and appropriate safeguards.
The AlloBiome program does not replace licensed healthcare or provide diagnosis, prescribing, individualized treatment protocols, or directions to start, stop, or change medication, supplements, diets as treatment, or other medical care. Clinical decisions and individual recommendations remain with an appropriately licensed healthcare provider. Scientific credentials do not change this service scope. An association does not prove causation. Significant or changing symptoms and urgent concerns should be addressed through licensed healthcare; The AlloBiome program is not an emergency service.
4. Optional reports and testing limitations
Relevant digestive, microbiome, or other laboratory reports, including relevant bloodwork, may be submitted voluntarily through the designated submission system. For review before a particular session, aim to submit them at least 48 hours before that session. Late reports may be discussed later in the program and do not by themselves prevent participation. Review depends on relevance, complexity, and volume, and is not an unrestricted review of your medical record or a promise to discuss every marker. Unless specifically accepted in advance, the service excludes interpretation of imaging, pathology specimens, raw genomic or sequencing datasets, complex genetic disease panels, and unrelated testing.
AlloBiome does not perform the underlying laboratory testing and does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, methodology, reference ranges, or conclusions of a third-party laboratory or testing company. Discussion of a submitted report does not constitute validation or endorsement of the underlying test or testing company. Scientific knowledge changes over time, and information discussed reflects evidence reasonably available at the time of review.
5. Health data and privacy
The Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy govern collection, use, access, disclosure, de-identification, retention, deletion, and protection of program information. Required service health-data consent is separate from this Agreement. Authorized AlloBiome personnel, approved service providers, and N.E. Microbiome Institute scientific personnel acting on AlloBiome's behalf may access information as necessary to provide the requested support. Additional permissions required for other processing are obtained separately. Identifiable information is not sold or used for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Identifiable reports, intake, notes, health messages, and customer-linked educational materials are retained during active support and deleted from active service systems within 30 days after support ends or participation terminates, subject to the limited exceptions in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Valid earlier requests follow applicable law. Any separately authorized testimonial material follows its own disclosed publication period and withdrawal rules; it does not justify retaining the rest of your service file.
Minimal administrative enrollment, payment, acceptance, consent, withdrawal, and deletion evidence may be retained without detailed health findings or linked service summaries. With separate optional permission and validated de-identification, scientific or feedback information may be retained longer in a dataset with no identity key, customer code, device identifier, or booking link. A customer-approved quotation requires separate publication permission and is held in a restricted archive, distinct from the de-identified dataset. Refusal of either optional permission does not affect support.
Email info@allobiome.com for privacy requests or withdrawal of consent to future processing. Withdrawal does not undo processing lawfully completed. If it makes support impossible, we explain that consequence and close participation. The Refund and Cancellation Policy applies using actual completion of the introductory session, including its exceptions for non-delivery and mandatory legal rights. Privacy requests do not create a separate fee or penalty, and this Agreement does not restrict nonwaivable rights. Refusing or withdrawing optional data-reuse or testimonial permission does not end support.
6. Messaging and scheduling
Use the private channel identified in your welcome information for program messages. We reply within two business days while your program is active. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Messaging is for educational questions within the agreed scope and is not continuous monitoring, emergency care, or guaranteed immediate access. We may address a complex question in your next session while acknowledging your message within the response period.
Notify appointments@allobiome.com at least 48 hours before a session if you need to reschedule. We arrange a replacement within the agreed support period where reasonably possible. One late reschedule per program is available at no additional charge, subject to availability. Further late cancellations or no-shows may use the affected session allocation, but do not forfeit every remaining week of support. A delayed session does not automatically restart or extend the program; any agreed change to program dates is recorded in writing.
If AlloBiome cancels a session or a significant technical failure prevents it, we work with you on a suitable replacement. If we cannot deliver agreed support and no suitable replacement is agreed, the refund provisions for undelivered service apply.
7. Cancellation and refunds
The AlloBiome Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into this Agreement. Until the first 60-minute introductory session has actually been completed, ordinary cancellation results in a full refund of the program fee paid. If required Agreement acceptance or service health-data consent is never given, or AlloBiome declines enrollment before support begins, the fee paid is refunded and support does not proceed. A scheduled date, preparation, no-show, or interrupted session that is not completed does not itself cross the refund cutoff.
After completion of the first introductory session, the agreed program fee is nonrefundable for ordinary voluntary cancellation, including unused weeks, change of mind, and dissatisfaction with a health outcome. Ending participation does not convert the program into a purchase of individual sessions or create a weekly refund entitlement. Any separately agreed remaining installments are governed by the payment schedule disclosed at enrollment, subject to applicable law and the exceptions below. This rule does not allow AlloBiome to keep payment for support it fails to provide, and does not limit refunds, cancellation rights, or remedies that mandatory law requires.
A missed appointment does not automatically cancel the program, complete the introductory session, or forfeit mandatory rights. No improvement in symptoms is guaranteed, but that does not excuse non-delivery of promised support. The full policy explains rescheduling, cancellation requests, exceptions, and refund timing. Client-requested cancellation after the completed introductory session is distinct from AlloBiome failing to make agreed support available.
8. Educational resources and outcomes
Educational explanations and materials are provided when useful to your questions. They are not medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment plans. No separate post-session evidence summary or closing report is automatically promised. Keep copies of materials you wish to retain; deletion from our systems does not remove the copy you received.
AlloBiome does not guarantee symptom improvement, identification of an underlying cause, evidence for every finding, agreement with another interpretation, or any particular diagnosis, intervention, decision, or health outcome. Scientific knowledge and individual circumstances may change. These qualifications do not limit your rights when the agreed service is not provided.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AlloBiome LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the AlloBiome program. For claims involving direct economic loss arising from the program, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the enrollment giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be restricted, including fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, and nonwaivable consumer protection, privacy, or other rights and remedies.
10. Governing law and informal dispute resolution
This Agreement is governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law applicable to you provides otherwise. Before formal proceedings, you and AlloBiome agree to attempt good-faith direct resolution. Send written notice describing the issue and requested resolution to info@allobiome.com. The parties have 30 days after receipt to attempt resolution. This does not delay urgent relief, require mandatory arbitration, or restrict nonwaivable rights or legal deadlines.
11. Electronic acceptance and version control
Electronic acceptance may include a required unchecked checkbox, legal name or electronic signature, timestamp, and Agreement version. Acceptance confirms that you could read this Agreement and the incorporated refund policy and intend to agree to the educational scope and service terms. Health-data consent and optional permissions are recorded independently. AlloBiome retains the accepted version and supplies a copy or link to that version in the confirmation.
The version presented to and accepted by you governs your enrollment. Later versions do not automatically replace it, and changes to your service terms require your agreement where applicable. Earlier Test Results Consultation bookings remain governed by their original accepted documents. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Questions, privacy requests, and dispute notices: AlloBiome LLC, info@allobiome.com.
