Overview
AlloBiome programs are digital educational products delivered electronically. Program content begins delivery immediately upon purchase and is accessible from the moment of transaction. Because of the instant-access nature of digital educational content, all sales are final.
AlloBiome encourages all individuals to carefully review the program descriptions, FAQ, quiz results, and Terms of Use before completing a purchase. By completing payment, individuals acknowledge that they understand and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of AlloBiome programs are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed and program access is granted, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all programs regardless of the pattern selected, the amount of content accessed, or the reason for the request.
This no-refund policy applies because:
- AlloBiome programs are digital educational products that are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase.
- Program content, compiled from thousands of peer-reviewed research papers, represents significant intellectual property that cannot be “returned” once accessed.
- The educational nature of the content means that value is received at the point of access, regardless of whether the individual chooses to apply or continue engaging with the material.

2. Before Purchasing
AlloBiome is committed to transparency. To ensure a confident purchase decision, individuals are encouraged to review the following before completing payment:

- How It Works Page. A full explanation of the three-phase program structure, content delivery method, and what to expect.
- Quiz Results. The pattern assessment quiz is free and provides a detailed summary of the relevant educational content before any purchase is required.
- FAQ. Common questions about program content, delivery, and expectations are answered on the AlloBiome FAQ page.
- Terms of Use. The full Terms of Use outline all conditions of purchase and use of AlloBiome programs.
AlloBiome provides extensive information about its programs prior to purchase so that individuals can make a fully informed decision. Completing payment constitutes acknowledgment that this information was available and that the individual chose to proceed.
3. Limited Exceptions
While all sales are final, AlloBiome may consider exceptions in the following rare and specific circumstances, at its sole discretion:
- Duplicate Charges. If the same program was charged more than once due to a processing error, AlloBiome will refund the duplicate transaction.
- Unauthorized Transactions. If a purchase was made without the authorization of the account holder, AlloBiome will investigate and may issue a refund upon verification.
- Technical Failure. If a confirmed and persistent technical issue on AlloBiome’s end prevented the delivery of program content entirely, and AlloBiome was unable to resolve the issue after reasonable efforts, a refund may be considered.
These exceptions do not constitute a general refund right. Each case is reviewed individually and a refund under these circumstances is not guaranteed.
4. No Outcome-Based Refunds
AlloBiome programs are educational content, not medical treatment. Programs do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. No refund will be issued based on dissatisfaction with health outcomes, symptom changes, or individual results.
AlloBiome does not guarantee specific outcomes of any kind. Content reflects published peer-reviewed research findings and is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Individuals are encouraged to consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding any personal health decisions.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
AlloBiome strongly encourages individuals to contact support directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution. Filing a chargeback without first contacting AlloBiome may result in delayed resolution.
AlloBiome reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that it believes was filed without a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter directly. In the event of a chargeback dispute, AlloBiome may provide the payment processor with transaction records, delivery confirmation, content access logs, and records of pre-purchase disclosures including this Refund Policy.
Individuals who file a chargeback may have their access to AlloBiome programs and services suspended pending resolution of the dispute.
6. Newsletter and Free Content
Subscription to The Daily Digest newsletter and any free educational content provided by AlloBiome or NEIMS is offered at no cost. Individuals may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Unsubscribing from free communications does not affect any active program purchase and does not entitle the individual to a refund.
